LGB and Associates, Inc is seeking an Oracle Applications Developer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for design, development, testing and support of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) product (Oracle iLearning) extensions. This includes building new reports, interface, data conversion scripts, JSPs, and leverage iLearning's APIs to complete technical assignments. Sr. Developers will independently work directly with analysts and clients to collect requirements, present findings to customers, and manage or direct more junior level developers.

Requirements |
BS in Computer Science, Engineer, or a related discipline and 5+ years of relevant software development experience or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience. Experience must include:
- Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Reports, PL-SQL
- 3+ years of experience in Java or .Net environment
- Requires a comprehensive knowledge of the principles and concepts of object-oriented, web-based software development.
- Ability to document requirements and produce technical documentation consistent with established SDLC and configuration management processes.
- In-depth understanding of an applicable programming language or technique required.
- Proven ability to work well in a team application development setting and transfer skills to other developers.
- Leadership experience or exhibited leadership skills and aptitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated willingness, interest, and aptitude to learn new technologies and skills.
- Discipline to keep estimates, documentation, and timekeeping up to date.
- Good communication, interpersonal and consulting skills. Must possess a willingness and attitude to help customers find workable solutions.
- The candidate must be a US citizen that has or is able to receive a Security Clearance (ADP-II) from the Department of Defense.
