Perform engineering/technical analysis on operational and/or system requirements and provide reports, recommendations and rationale to the project and program lead.
Establish mission systems transition requirements using systems baseline data in the development of planning, design, and transition documentation.
Evaluate systems architecture to include hardware, software, and communication requirements to address present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
Analyze and systematically evaluate mission scenarios and work flows to develop mission and systems transition documentation.
Assist in the preparation and review of HRSOC System Transition Plans (STP) as tasked by the Global Integration Office (GIO).
Assist with write-up of the Requirements Analysis Document (RAD) describing missions and systems at NSAH; including system description; customer, operator, connectivity, global restoration and program requirements and initiatives.
Participate in the HRSOC Missions and Systems Migration (MSM) System Design Review (SDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR).
Assist in the preparation of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) documentation including development of specific goals, specific practices and archiving of project artifacts. The contractor shall assist with establishing standard process integration and product improvement metrics for the HRSOC project, utilizing CMMI methodologies.
